\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VILLA FONTANA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project consists in the conversion of property of Villa Fontana into a private park, located on the hills of Galluzzo, Florence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property is spread over the slopes of a hill and consist of a wooded part, an olive grove, a vineyard and an orchard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal of the project was to integrate these agricultural and natural components with a new circular path that crossed the property, creating new functions for guests, but respecting the landscape and its beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tennis court with a natural grass background and shielded by massive compact shrubs was therefore inserted, a garden pertaining to the farmhouse with shrub and flowering species, wooden platforms for fitness and yoga and a newly designed bio lake in the lower part of the slope, with the function of impluvium for the recovery of water as well as ornamental and landscaping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The driveway to the property has been integrated with new rows of cypresses on both sides and with a parking area for guests screened by mixed flowerbeds with a gravel bottom.
