LAAM develops contemporary landscapes and outdoor spaces for private residences, villas, hospitality and larger-scale projects in Tuscany, Italy and internationally.
Our approach
Every landscape architecture and garden design project begins with an in-depth understanding of the place, its history, the characteristics of the landscape and the existing architecture, together with a careful understanding of our clients’ needs, tastes and way of living.
When designing private gardens, villas and outdoor spaces, we develop a collaborative process and maintain an ongoing dialogue with the client, transforming their wishes, needs and expectations into a coherent and personal design. From the initial concept to the selection of materials and plant species, through to the development of details and the realisation of the garden, we follow every stage with the same care and attention.
The project also includes the development of technical and building services, such as the design of irrigation and lighting systems, as well as, when required, support and coordination for regulatory requirements and planning procedures, including landscape authorisations, in collaboration with the professionals involved.
We accompany our clients throughout the entire process, coordinating the different professionals, contractors and specialised partners involved in the realisation, while maintaining a unified vision of the project. Our aim is to provide a complete design and realisation service, from the first idea to the final realisation of the garden and outdoor spaces, ensuring continuity, control and quality at every stage of the process.
